Making Adjustments

Since my last post, I've relocated to California for a job.  Now that I'm back to working full time, I'll be making adjustments to my schedule and my FAT loss program.  While I wasn't working, it was easy to stay focused on eating the right amount of food and getting plenty of exercise. Now that I have to juggle my schedule with a full time job, I'll need to pay close attention to my eating and exercising habits.

The first adjustment I'm working on is just getting back to a routine and figuring out where in that routine exercise fits best.  I also need to work out my eating habits as I don't want to be eating fast food for lunch each day.

This will take time and I need to be patient with myself as I work through these adjustments.  In time, I'll settle into a routine that works best for continuing my FAT loss.

Now that I'm back in California, I can work to schedule my next hydro test to compare with my last test in October.  Stay tuned for those results.
